(3) In 2002 and 2003, seizures of cannabis products could not be broken down by product; 57794 seizures of cannabis product were made in 2002, 67443 in 2003.

(4) 2001 to 2003 data include both herbal cannabis and cannabis plants.

(5) There were also 3 seizures of cannabis seeds in 2003 and 2 in 2004.
